Platelet rich fibrin is a natural substance derived from the blood. This substance contains a high volume of leukocytes (white blood cells), platelets, and fibrin, three of the most important building blocks of natural wound healing and tissue regeneration. PRF is collected from the patient’s own blood sample and reinjected into areas of the face for dynamic skin rejuvenation. PRP production uses an anticoagulant to prevent your blood sample from clotting while it’s processed. In PRF production, fibrin (a component of clots) is allowed to form. The final PRF product forms a sort of scaffold or matrix that enables platelets to be released more slowly once they’re injected.
You will learn the skills to be able to safely perform PRF on a patient for maximum results. You will learn about skin rejuvenation, hair loss/transplant PRF therapy, scarring treatment and other applications. You will be trained by a medic and a vast majority of the training is hands on. We will also help you with finding a prescriber or if suitable we have an in house prescriber.

Entry requirements
This course is for medics or non-medics who have completed a beauty level 3 qualification, a level 3 in anatomy and physiology or an SPMU course. Please contact us if you are unsure.
You will have a practical session 1 to 1 with our advanced medic in the clinic. You will then be given post-course material.
