What is Profhilo?

It is an injectable skin remodelling treatment with high concentrations of Hyaluronic Acid for helping with those with lack of volume and elasticity to their skin. The treatment stimulates collagen and elastin over time.

How does Profhilo work?

It draws and holds water from the body as hyaluronic acid attracts more water to the area. Over the next few weeks collagen and elastin production will be stimulated providing skin tightening

What are the benefits of Profhilo?

It improves skin tone, texture, hydration and gives skin a glow. It can make the skin feel firmer and younger looking.

Where can profhilo be injected?

It can be used mainly on the face but also the decollete, arms, knees, neck and hands.

What does the treatment involve?

Profhilo is injected just under the skin in a mesotherapy style technique. We recommend 2 sessions 4 weeks apart for best results.

Is there any aftercare or downtime I need to be aware of?

There is a risk of minor bruising or swelling which is rare. It is rare for any allergic reactions to occur but is a possibility. WE do advice to avoid high impact activity for the 1st day following treatment and avoid sauna, steam rooms and intense sunlight for the first few days.
